Gimmicks get tried. Useful tools get used.
AI is being added to everything. The only question that matters is whether it becomes part of how people actually work.

AI is being added to everything right now. Every product has a new tab, a new button, a new promise: “Now with AI.”
The real question is whether any of it is actually being used — or whether it’s a fad and a gimmick.
At Teamspective we’ve been watching this closely, and what we see in our own product is encouraging:
- Tool calls are increasing daily.
- Messages sent are steadily growing.
- More unique users are discovering the AI features, engaging, and sticking every week.
Not a spike. Not a novelty bump. A consistent upward trend. That’s what real feature adoption looks like.
AI isn’t valuable because it exists. It’s valuable when it becomes part of how people actually work — and sometimes it enables completely new ways of working.
The difference is simple:
Gimmicks get tried. Useful tools get used.
We’re aiming for the latter.
